How DentistJB Verifies Dental Clinic Listings

DentistJB is an independent directory of 79 dental clinics across Johor Bahru, Pasir Gudang and Iskandar Puteri. Data was last verified on 24 September 2026. The directory is maintained by Faiz Azizan.

Where the data comes from

Each clinic is a real Google Maps listing. Name, address, phone, website, opening hours, rating, review count and map location are read from the clinic's Google Business Profile, last checked 29 September 2026, and a short description and social links from the clinic's own website. Ratings and review counts are Google's, not DentistJB's.

What is checked

• Only dental clinics are listed; general practice clinics are excluded.
• Ratings, review counts, contact details and map locations are copied from the source data without editing, and automated checks compare each clinic's published rating, review count and location with that data.
• Duplicate or administrative listings of the same clinic are excluded by hand (1 so far).
• A clinic missing a required field (address, rating, review count or map location) is left out rather than shown with a blank.
• Services shown for a clinic are those stated on its own website; a clinic that states none shows none.
• Comparisons on a profile (rank, percentile, nearest clinics, distance from the area's clinic cluster) are calculated from the listed data only.

What is not verified

DentistJB does not verify dentist qualifications, licences, prices or treatment quality, and does not publish clinic reviews of its own. Opening hours and other details are copied as the clinic lists them on Google and its website and can change without notice, and any credential a clinic mentions in its own listing is that clinic's claim. Confirm details with the clinic before visiting.
